We do not charge any call-out charge. A builder would not charge when quoting to build a new kitchen, an electrician doesn’t charge when quoting to re-wire your house and we believe that we shouldn’t charge to quote you.

We will come to you, diagnose the problem, offer advice, provide quotes for equipment, and only once we have agreed the work to be undertaken and the price will we start – leaving you with a clear idea of price before committing yourself to anything.

We have an hourly rate of £50 per hour, charged by the quarter of an hour. If our engineer comes on site and spends 10 minutes fixing your problem, then we will charge you just £12.50.

We also offer fixed price services for many common issues, such as computer rebuilds, additional memory, data transfer.
